Kickboxing
Kickboxing is a highly popular combat sport and proven self defense system suitable for all ages and genders. The program focuses on footwork, stance, angles, punching, kicking, knee strikes, elbow strikes, combinations, attack, defense and counter techniques. Focus mitts and kicking shields are utilized to develop power, technique and tactical capabilities. Students can test their skills by sparring with their fellow partners. These sparring sessions are kept safe, controlled and supervised.
Outside of developing stand-up fighting skills, you will also enhance your cardiovascular capability and develop functional fitness while getting rid of excess fat. All you need is the willingness to learn and train hard. Our fun and welcoming team will be there with you every step of the way.
Our Kickboxing program encompasses fighting techniques from a wide array of martial arts, including Boxing, Filipino Fighting Arts, Karate, Kickboxing, Kung Fu, Muay Thai, Savate, Taekwondo, Tukkong Moosul, etc.
